今年の夏は、「定番氷見産の一夜干し」と「氷見牛昆布〆」、変わり種で「サーモン味醂干し」おぼろ昆布で優しく包んだ「白えび昆布〆」、カラッとから揚げにおすすめの「白えび殻付」、そして超特大食べ応えありありの「縞ほっけ一夜干し」(こちらは、アラスカ産ですっ)かなり大きいのでBBQで焼くのもおすすめ家庭ではキッチンはさみで焼く前にカットするのがおすすめです。
